How long does company formation take in Turkey?

Typically 2–5 business days from when all documents are signed and the capital deposited. Complex cases involving notarisation abroad may take slightly longer.

Do I need to be present in Turkey?

Not necessarily. Many steps can be completed remotely via notarised power of attorney. We'll advise you on the most efficient approach for your nationality.

What's the minimum capital requirement?

₺50,000 for an LLC (Ltd. Şti.) and ₺250,000 for a Joint Stock Company (A.Ş.). Capital must be deposited into a Turkish bank account before registration.
